The Platform offers fee-based educational services, including CV review, personal statement review, mock interviews, and general mentorship for medical residency applicants. All services are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Independent Administration The Platform is independently administered from India and operates as a non-affiliated educational resource. It is not engaged in U.S.-based commercial operations or employment activities. Any services are coordinated through the independent administration of the Platform.

4. No Guarantees The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including residency match success, program acceptance, or any other result. Participation in paid services does not create any expectation of success.

5. No Professional Advice All services are educational in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, formal consulting, employment services, or any regulated professional service. The Platform does not provide guidance on visas, immigration matters, or residency program requirements. You are solely responsible for your own applications, decisions, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. User Responsibilities You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information and materials you provide and for your own residency application process.

7. Payments, Scheduling & Cancellations

All payments are processed through third-party providers.
Fees are for educational guidance services and are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policy displayed at the time of booking (via Calendly or similar). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full forfeiture of the fee.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property All materials, content, templates, and recordings provided by the Platform are owned by or licensed to USMLE Kickoff and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, USMLE Kickoff and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the preceding twelve (12) months. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

10. Communication Communications from the Platform are for scheduling, coordination, and delivery of educational services only.

11. Termination We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India or through arbitration in India, as applicable.

13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
